Graduated from the Conservatoire d’art dramatique de Montréal in acting, the Université de Montréal in communications, L’inis, and the École Nationale de l’Humour in screenwriting, Stéphanie performs in theater, television, and film.

She writes for the stage: Il faudra bien qu’un jour, presented at Théâtre La Licorne in 2018 and at Théâtre Jean Duceppe in 2019; La faune locale, scheduled for September 2025 at Théâtre Jean Duceppe; and Et puis par la fenêtre nous pourrons voir les champs, which received a special mention at the Gratien Gélinas Award (Théâtre du Bic 2023, Théâtre de la Bordée 2024).

In parallel, she collaborates as a screenwriter on several television projects, including Rouge Forêt on Télé-Québec.
