Stéphane Breton has starred in memorable roles, both in theater, television and film. It is impossible to forget his portraying of Alain in the film Camion by Rafaël Ouellet or Rivard in the film Québec-Montréal by Ricardo Trogi. Still on the big screen, Stéphane also stood out in French Kiss, by Sylvain Archambault, in Le bonheur des autres, Jean-Philippe Pearson’s first feature film and most recently in Le guide de la famille parfaite (Ricardo Trogi).
Winner of a Gémeaux Award for his role in the television series Le Négociateur, Stéphane took part in more than forty television productions, including dramas such as Mégantic, Anna et Arnaud, L’échappé, District 31, Ixe 13, Nouvelle adresse and Jenny, as well as comedies like Les Mecs, Les Invincibles, Les pêcheurs and LOL. The younger audiences know him for Le Pacte, La vie compliqué de Léa Olivier, Le chalet, Il était une fois dans le trouble, Pierre l’eau and Ramdam.
We have seen him on several Montreal stages, in both classical and contemporary plays like: Le tour du monde en 80 jours, Le Balcon, Le Bourgeois gentilhomme, Les Précieuses ridicules, La Serva amorosa, Tartuffe (TNM), Une partie avec l'Empereur (Duceppe Theater), Blue Bayou (Theatre d’Aujourd’hui), Swimming in the Shallow (Espace GO), Poe (Denise Pelletier Theater), Le bizarre incident du chien pendant la nuit (Duceppe Theater), L'homme éléphant (Rideau Vert Theater and on tour) in addition to about twenty summer plays.
