A graduate of the Lionel-Groulx College Theater School in 2006, Marie-Claude Guérinhas participated in several productions during her studies, in both classical andcontemporary repertoire, including Marivaux, Camus, Racine, then Cindy Lou Johnsonand Pascal Chevarie. In doing so, she worked with experienced directors: Alice Ronfard,Marie-France Marcotte, Markita Boies, Catherine Bégin, etc. On the professional scene, she was seen at the Hector-Charland Theater in the famouscomedy Les Voisins by Louis Saïa, directed by Denis Bouchard. She was Iode Ssouvie inthe creation L'Océantume, directed by Sylvain Scott, produced by Theater Le Clou. She was also in Tranche-Cul, directed by Jean-Philippe Baril-Guérard, La vague parfaite,under the direction of Guillaume Tremblay, and in Les Zurbains, directed by MoniqueGosselin. She has appeared in Persona, directed by Charlotte Gagné-Dumais, and inStraight, by Jean-Simon Traversy. She debuted on the big screen with a lead role in Maxime Giroux’s first feature film,Tomorrow. Marie-Claude has also worked the movies Les Êtres Chers and Nelly, bothdirected by Anne Émond. On television, she was part of the cast in CA IV as well asTrauma. She currently is in the series L'échappée, Prémonitions as well as in Plan B. She also played Valérie in the epic web series Papa, directed by Yannick Savard andproduced by KOTV.
