In 2006, she brilliantly revived the role of Vivian in W;T, under the direction of Denis Guilbault, which won her a Masque prize for best female interpretation.

She held many roles in moving series, earning her many nominations and prizes at the Gala des Gémeaux (Les Machos, Sam Chicotte, La Promesse). In 2013, she won the Best Female Interpretation in a dramatic supporting role prize for 19-2. In the 90s and the 2000s, Louise was seen hosting the shows Vie de famille and Simple comme Bonjour.
On film, she starred alongside Monique Mercure in the erotic comedy Deux femmes en or, which was a big hit in Quebec. From then on, she was given several roles on the big screen, such as in Miraculum, directed by Podz, with whom she has worked for several years. She also lends her voice to several cartoon characters.
Louise has written multiple novels, notably children’s books. In 2019, she published her Lettre à une jeune comédienne, a story inspired by her own career for people who are just starting out on their artistic career or who dream of becoming actors.
