Kim Lavack has been active in the arts community for over 15 years. First as an improviser, especially with the lim/lemonade improv leagues. Since his graduation from the National Theatre School of Canada, Kim has worked as an actor in theater, television and film, both in comedy and drama. Among other things, he also takes part in the creation the play Éclats et autres libertés, a recipient of the 2011 Critics Award in the Young Audience category (AQCT), as well as the Louise-Lahaye Award the same year (CEAD). He was also closely involved in the creation of the acclaimed show Les Cabarets Biodégradables.
Also a comedian on various Montreal stages, he is also the founder and creator of the Panel de la Sainte-Flanelle, for which he is responsible for the texts, the staging and the production of the video content. In 2011-2012, he worked as a writer, director and comedian for the web series Ça sent la coupe! on Lib tv. The same year he participated in the program Bar ouvert on Télé-Québec network. In the summer of 2013, he wrote and acted in the humorous theatrical creation On est tous des pompiers! presented at the Zoofest festival, then relaunched the following year with his first solo show entitled Semi-route/Semi-trail. In 2016 he returns to TV in Clan II.
